Operating Advisor
Stacy currently serves as President at Racca Solutions Group and brings more than twenty-two years of leadership experience solving business process and technology challenges with small to Fortune 100 companies spanning many industries. His expertise includes C-Suite leadership experience in production operations, logistics, supply chain solutions, information technology, change management, and process reengineering in manufacturing and services environments. He has led projects around supply chain transformation, business profitability optimization, mergers and acquisition due diligence, business integration, international expansion and ERP/technology implementation.
He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for four privately held companies. Also, he has successfully served as President and CEO for multiple private equity sponsored companies with both turnaround and growth profiles.
Prior to Racca Solutions Group, Stacy held various executive and management leadership positions at Forum Energy Technologies, General Electric, Toyota, and Tyco. His professional accomplishments include Six Sigma certifications for Green Belt, Black Belt, and Lean Sigma Master Black Belt from General Electric & Tyco. He has a BS degree in Operations Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Stacy also served 12 years in the U.S. Military where he was decorated for his command roles during active duty.
